Well not as good as I was hoping, but it has only been 3-months, Started my Diabetic journey at an 11.5 A1C and today at 7.2 so happy about that. Down 28 Lbs, the blood clot is gone and no more DVT, off of Xarelto, so things are looking up!

Dave...in three months that is remarkable improvement. There are tons of people with high HbA1c that can't ever get the needle to move. It's amazing work that you have done. Keep it going, it's still a little high but you are getting there. Proud of you!
