Shawn's forging shed

Ok, so i have nothing amazing to post like Scott does... I only did a little remodel work today. Took my nails down that my grinding belts were hanging on, put some insulation in the wall and covered it with some leftover paneling, and put up my new hangers i made for the belts.
The nails were putting a kink in the belts, so I made some new ones out of some 6 inch angle and some 4 inch pvc pipe.
Then, I got to work getting my new order of belts sorted and hung.

Been a while since I've been here, but I think a few people were waiting for this update.....
Fresh out of the etch for your viewing pleasure.

Here are the last two from the twisted Damascus billet.

And here are the three I got from the twisted W billet.

They are soaking in wd40 to sort of lock the cabides in from the etch, then they need honed and marked and will be ready for new homes.

Wow!

Shawn, Very nice, can't wait to see them completed.

Since I am within close driving distance and i know where you are, I was just curious if the forging shed is always locked? 😉
