I have a Gillette travel razor and a Rubberset brush. I get glycerine soap from Em’s Place. Trial and error has brought me to this combination of products. I am interested in the Parker Soloedge. I’ll probably buy one soon.

The Gillette is a DE razor from the 1950s.
Good Stuff. Many of us have been doing this for a decade or more hand have tried hundreds of razors, so if you're looking for opinions on anything (especially vintage) just ask!

I have a vintage Jaguar XJ8L that I’m restoring and I am building cinder block retaining walls on my property with flagstone cover. And my wife and I love to go to antique stores. I have been collecting old straight razors, brushes and DE razors
