Tabac Tuesday's Cold Water Shave

Cold Water Rinse
Tabac Shave Soap
Jayaruh #425 Synthetic
Schick C Repeater
Personna Injector
Cold Water Rinse
Humphrey's Witch Hazel
Tabac After Shave

The Tabac Shave Soap here face-lathered well with Jayaruh #425 Synthetic brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Schick C Repeater razor and the Personna Injector Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Tabac After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

I take Monday off from shaving,so this morning it was a 2 day growth.
Fantastic shave today!
Fat handle tech with an Astra green x1
Van Der Hagen white handle boar brush
Gillette pure shaving cream.
Nivea balm for aftershave

3 pass shave with no irritation no nicks or cuts.
The cream is very good, and protective and just a few small dabs will make it explode into a nice rich and creamy lather. The fat handle tech does what vintage Gillettes do,it holds the blade just right and allows the blade to do its job.
Enjoy your shaves.

Tuesday morning:

Warm shower
Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster
Super Speed/7 O’Clock day 10
Florena SC
Lubriderm Moisturizer
Brut Total Attraction AS Splash

Originally I was planning on using a vintage stick from Sweden but I suddenly saw this Florena cream so I went with it instead. This tube is old but the cream still smells and performs great not to mention how comfortable it leaves my skin. The Lubriderm moisturizer enhanced the comfort, and the Total Attraction aftershave smells really nice - my wife even complimented me on it and when I told her how little I paid for it she freaked out. Three passes gave me such a wonderful BBS shave that I enjoyed so much!

Wishing you all a good day - be well and stay safe!

Hello everyone! Hope you had a pleasant evening.

Revisiting Sunday's shave because it was so great! Light but very nice scent from the C&E Mysore Sandalwood shave soap with incredible lather built with the Sorrentino Brushworks synth for three passes with the Karve and I finished with alum, followed by Thayers unscented witch hazel and ETHOS Grooming Essentials "Mysore Santal" skin food splash & EdT.

May just use this set up for the rest of the week.

Hope you have a great day. :)

Thanks my Lantsman!

I believe it was back in 2014 that I bought that tube at a Jean Coutu pharmacy here in Montreal. The scent is still great and does it ever give awesome lather. Terrific skincare also!

• Balm: Stirling – Unscented Post Shave Balm
• Fragrance: Olympic Orchids – Café V

Hello everyone, I am new here and am happy to meet y'all. Stormy day here with multiple tornado warnings. It calls for something a little autumnal in my opinion. I absolutely adore Asian pears and wish they were not so expensive. The scent that Ariana and Evans has created here is simply wonderful. I prefer it to their Asian Plum. I will admit that I am a bit jealous of those of you who have the newer label of Asian Pear. I think the newer label looks quite elegant.

Surprisingly, Asian pear went fairly well with Olympic Orchids’s Café V. I just find myself craving that fragrance and poor weather gives me a good excuse to wear it. I suppose I am just not sure how it would perform on a hot day. I should experiment with that sometime soon. Typically, I don’t worry about seasons and fragrances. But, Café V is pretty…I don’t have the word for it. Suns out, bay rums out!!! Suns out and Coffee, Chocolate, Cardamom, Leather, and Well-Worn Wood out? I’m just not sure. We will see at some point, I suppose.

Have an awesome day, friends!
